Established as an Incorporated Society, the Gulf Harbour Marine Village Residents Association Incorporated (GHMVRA) oversees the maintenance and management of the shared spaces across the property. Our oversight includes the Residential Fringe walkway, Rotunda Island, marina berths, and local waterways, along with vital utilities like power, water, and security networks. Every homeowner in the Village is automatically a member of the Association. Residents are bound by the GHMVRA Constitution, which serves as the fundamental framework for the professional operation and standard of our local community.
