The Gulf Harbour Marine Village Residents’ Association manages the shared waterways, marina berths, facilities and common areas that help make Gulf Harbour such a distinctive place to live.

Gulf Harbour Marine Village offers an exceptional waterfront lifestyle, with a wide range of amenities close at hand. The Village is well connected by bus and ferry services, with Wentworth College and local schools nearby, as well as golf courses, beaches, cafés, restaurants and everyday shopping. Boating is at the heart of the area, with excellent haul-out facilities and a comprehensive range of marine maintenance and specialist services available within or close to the marina.

ROTUNDA HIRE
The Village Rotunda is a unique waterfront venue available for private functions, community events and public hire. Located at the northern end of the main canal, it accommodates up to 100 guests and includes power, water and roll-down weather screens, making it an ideal venue for celebrations and gatherings throughout the year.
Toilets are available nearby at the Town Centre shops.
