HOW THE BERTH SYSTEM WORKS

Many properties within the Marine Village Gulf Harbour Marine Village include the right to use an allocated marina berth under a Berth Licence. This licence entitles the property owner to the exclusive use of a specified berth for a single vessel, subject to the Association's Constitution, Bylaws and associated policies.

COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
All vessels within the waterway must comply with the insurance and electrical compliance requirements set out in the GHMVRA Constitution and associated documents. Any vessel connecting to shore power must hold a current Electrical Warrant of Fitness (EWOF) and valid test tag certification.  These documents must be kept up to date and uploaded before their expiry. Licensee's and Renters can do this via this link below:  Upload Vessel Compliance Documents.

ENSURE YOU ENTER THE CORRECT BERTH NUMBER WITH FOUR (4) DIGITS.  For example, M03 is M003, M23 is M023, C01 is C001

If your vessel, ownership or contact details change, please notify the Association by completing the online Boat Details form using the link below:  Check or Change Boat and/or Berth Details
RENTING A BERTH
Approval must be obtained before any new renter occupies a berth. Applications are made by completing the online Berth Sublicence Agreement (BSLA). Select the option as a new renter.  Before applying, ensure you have copies of your current vessel insurance and if connecting to power your current EWOF and lead test tag.  Ensure you use the correct  four digit berth number as above.
