The Gulf Harbour Marine Village Residents Association Incorporated (GHMVRAI) is an Incorporated Society established to manage the common areas of The Gulf Harbour Marine Village. These areas encompass the Residential Fringe walkway, The Rotunda Island, the marina berths and waterway, and all related infrastructure including water, power, and security systems.
All property owners within The Village are required to be members of the Association and are governed by the GHMVRAI Constitution. This Constitution outlines the operational guidelines for The Village and includes The Village Rules and Owners Scheme, both of which are designed to enhance members' enjoyment of their properties and ensure that buildings are constructed and maintained in accordance with the Constitution.
A Committee, comprising up to 12 members, oversees the day-to-day operations of The Village. This committee employs a Facilities Manager responsible for maintaining the infrastructure, managing projects, and monitoring the waterway and rules. Additionally, Crockers Body Corporate Management has been contracted to serve as The Association Secretary, handling the Association’s accounts, official correspondence, and the organization of Committee, AGM, and SGM meetings.
