The Gulf Harbour Marine Village Residents Association Incorporated (GHMVRAI) is an Incorporated Society established to manage the common areas of The Gulf Harbour Marine Village. These areas encompass the Residential Fringe walkway, The Rotunda Island, the marina berths and waterway, and all related infrastructure including water, power, and security systems. 

All property owners within The Village are required to be members of the Association and are governed by the GHMVRAI Constitution. This Constitution outlines the operational guidelines for The Village.
