The Dispute Resolution Procedure approved in October 2025 has been adopted as an operational policy under Rule 12.1 of the 2019 Constitution. It formalises fair-process steps consistent with natural-justice principles and the forthcoming Incorporated Societies Act 2022 Schedule 2. It does not amend the Constitution and therefore does not require member approval. This approach is consistent with the practice of many incorporated societies preparing for re-registration under the 2022 Act.
